Worst Cab service in Nepal with even worst customer service. Estimate showed about Rs 320 for my ride but the actual fare came to about Rs 530 almost the double of what was shown. Even the driver was surprised to see that fair. There was no point in arguing with the driver so I paid Rs 530. Later on I decide to contact the customer service but their phone is always switched off so I wrote them about my experience through their app and I never heard back from them. Avoid this company at any cost

Worst.. त्रिभुवन अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विमानस्थलबाट भिनसेनकोला जान Taxi अनलाइन बुक गरे, एक जनाले रिक्वेस्ट Accept गर्नुभयो, 1 मिनेटमा आइपुग्छ भनि समय देखायो, करिब ३, ४ मिनेट सम्म कुनै रेस्पोन्स नआएपछि आफै कल गरे त्यसपछी, रिक्वेस्ट आको थियो तर भन्दै कुरा टार्न थाल्यो। साझ परिसकेको थियो, पेसेन्जरले बोलाउँदा नआउनेको Service मा भावी दिनमा कसरी विश्वास गर्नु।।।
