If you want travel with rude drivers, take a taxi from the metro.

Hardly ever has taxis available and when they do the driver overcharges by charging more than it says on the app. (£2-3 more than what uber charges) The drivers also guilt trip you onto paying by cash in their car. I now just use uber. No point using metro, overpriced and never have any taxis.

My trip was authorized by my bank before starting and after arriving at destination I was asked for last 4 numbers of my card. Then it was refused and requested to pay cash. This happened twice tonight. Twice the operator had to contact the driver to tell him I had paid. Not good enough. Back to UBER.
