Help I downloaded this app on my Alcatel One Touch Fierce hoping to be able to set up to get the ring back feature added and it doesn't show ring back tones it just says ringtones and albums I don't want to download ringtones or an album I want ring back tones to sound when people call me ahhhh!! I can not sign into the Metro App Store. to download my ringback tone app. I am not the only one with this problem. I put in my phone number and password and get a message that they are incorrect. Went to the store where I bought the phone and they have the same problem. They tried to change my password a number of times and I got locked out of my account for a week. How can I use my ringback tones when I can not get into the app store to download it. Also got an error message in the music store.
