Never do your test from metropolis they are liers very careless and unprofessional they will never give you feedback and report on time and when ask they started lying and change Thier statement despite of sending mail written that they will send report even hard copy of the report they deliver after 3 days of test ....worst service ever they only want money Naam bade darshan chhote they made false promise to a patient who was suffering from dengue

Even after booking through this app person don't turn up and have to follow up with them. They are not bother about customer service. Don't recommend at all to other.

It was my first time here.I got a message that my report is ready. I had to check my thyroid report. My report is not available in the app as it was suggesting me to download the app. I tried to call the customer care,they are as clue as i am. Lost 4 rupees during the call which ended up pretty useless. I have to physically go there next morning and then go the doctor now. Would suggest you not to rely on this app.
