Great way to get around Evansville quickly without breaking the bank!! Don't get an Uber or Lyft till you check Mets Micro out!!! It's WAY better than the bus and WAY cheaper than a Lyft with Uber!!!

Very nice drivers very understanding have had a couple of problems with pick-ups but resolved very quickly. Was at Sam's club but would not pick up at Sam's club.a couple of blocks was the Pick but driver found me.

I often need a ride to Walmart and then home, most of the time the Mets rides are booked. I wish there were more and more drivers. I enjoy my rides with mets and deeply appreciate when I can get a ride. Thank you so much!

Don't bother downloading the app, don't bother calling... You won't get a ride. I have tried on half a dozen occasions. The guy at the call center is trying to get you off of the phone as fast as possible, nothing else, and I understand why. It is a terribly understaffed service that leads only to frustration in it's attempted customers

Not all buses run half hour. Lynch doesn't get there at 8. Bus times are wrong.

So was finally able to get ride vouchers, and fyi if you buy ride vouchers they don't work if you enter them under voucher code on the app, you have to enter them as a promo code, and you still have to add a credit card as well (ridiculous) but definitely not starting off well. Can't even use the rides I bought bc it keeps saying no rides available so wasted $30 and still had to order an Uber. I'll be going back to Mets to request a refund.
