Excellent software for permits. Very nice and friendly customer service.
★★★★★Svartalfheim Hero· Feb 7, 2022
This app made me see clearly how easy permitting can really be! It makes the process of applying so easy, a caveman can do it! It's very straightforward and easy to follow along, and the MyGovernmentOnline team really outdid themselves with this app! I can't wait to do more permits and use this app more!

Absolutely useless and does not function at all

I've looked up quite a few permits for insurance inspection purposes on the app, and it comes up with no permits. I check the same address on the desktop computer and find all the permits. The app needs to sync up with the system way better than this. Too many times I'm out in the field and can't rely on the app.

Very frustrating. Not sure how to fill out the forms. Some places in filing lead to filing without a confirmation.
