I bought a prepaid subscription in the app. They took my money but then the app crashed. Money gone and no subscription. I went to the claro store, and they don't want to help. I can't believe it. Horrible customer service.

Terrible! It takes many attempts to recharge with a credit card. Crashes all the time. It should also have simple functions like "what is my number?". Not a well-developed and stable app at all.

Tried for over 1.5hrs to buy an internet packet, and it never worked! I have used the MiClaro app for over 3 months, and it was always quite unreliable, but today I have tried for so long to simply buy an internet packet. I have used 3 different cards but either the compass page doesn't load, the payment page doesn't load, there's an unexpected error or the payment is reversed. Incredibly annoyed and frustrated!
