The application is not all that bad. Frankly expected more from a company with Movistar level status. But, the worse is the horrible customer service provided by their Ecuador service. If you have a problem, good luck! Because they CANNOT make up their mind on what the problem or solution to the problem is. they refuse to communicate with a supervisor or manager. According to the reps, they are not available or never call for those that dupe you to think they will. STAY AWAY if you can from MOVI

It shouldn't need a Google Services Framework AND a logged in google account to work. It is a cell service, but it sets itself up with the necessities of a data broker.
