The app has taken my money twice but hasn't applied my funds as of the next day. What's worse is that it sometimes logs me into different customer's accounts where I can see their personal details and credit cards. If this were happening in an app in Europe or Australia, it would be a scandal. If you must go with Personal as your mobile carrier, definitely don't use their app.

This app needs English if they want to appeal to tourists... I blindly made somehow. It's 2026... You are a major Telco company... it's not too expensive. Please fix.
