Pedir citar con su médico, reprogramarlas y cancelarlas. Consultar su cuadro médico para buscar médicos, hospitales y otros centros asistenciales así como clínicas dentales. Consultar centros médicos con servicios de urgencias más cercanos. Consultar los informes médicos así como las recetas de farmacia. Solicitar reembolsos y autorizaciones. Consultar recibos y copagos. Actualizar los datos personales. Acceder a la tarjeta digital. Ceder permisos a otros beneficiarios de la póliza para que realice las gestiones en su nombre. También incorporamos, según producto contratado, innovación en servicios de medicina digital como Monitoriza tu Salud, Cuida tu Mente, Medición de Constantes Vitales, Evaluador de Síntomas, Consulta digital (videoconsulta y consulta telefónica), …
Para hacer un correcto uso de Mi Sanitas solicitamos los siguientes permisos: Calendario: para guardar las citas en la agenda. Ubicación: para mostrar los médicos y centros más próximos. Fotos/multimedia/archivos: para que puedas subir documentos en distintas secciones de Mi Sanitas. Cámara: para que puedas hacer una foto de los documentos y los puedas adjuntar desde tu dispositivo. Micrófono: para que puedas realizar videocosultas Y otros datos requeridos que permiten que puedas disfrutar de un correcto uso de Mi Sanitas.

Thanks for the quick feedback, I eventually managed to access the app and could take my appointment. Since last week everything went smoothly in the app. It's clear and easy to use. There are ni surprises about the prestations and their prices and the dentist I was able to managed to make the consultation (Descaling and dental Reconstruction) almost not too intrusive, which is a lot since I pretty much hate going to the dentist.

Useful app, easy to make an appointment without necessity to make calls. Support works perfectly. You may call any time, and they will help you. I experienced it several times. Today I came to take a blood test, and there was an issue with authorization, so I called the support, the supporter talked to me, talked to the staff at reception, figured out the issue and found the way, how to register me in their system properly. Brilliant!

There are things they could improve, and sometimes the versión creates issues especially looking for an appointment with many places, but overall it is really, really impressive if you compare it to other medical apps.

July8: Recent update last week really broke the app in so many ways. First, I couldn't access my new rx, then that resolved. Then, my entire policy was put on hold for no payment when it was paid in full in January. Now, the medical directory search is broken and does not show all the available doctors in a search. Ex: If 87 are available, the results only show the first 6 or so. It won't load the additional doctors. I'm really disappointed because the app was very useful before the update.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISASTROUS COMPANY! THEY DELETE YOUR DOCUMENTS WHEN THE POLICY FROM THE COMPANY EXPIRES! THEY HAVE PROBLEMATIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY DON'T HAVE A DIRECT LINE TO HELP YOU TAKE THE POLICY FROM THE COMPANY UNDER YOUR NAME! THEY LIE THEY'LL CALL YOU BUT THEY NEVER CALL YOU! YOU'LL HAVE HARD TIME WITH THAT COMPANY! THEIR DENTAL SERVICE IS DISASTER! THEY INCREASE PRICES IN EVERY OCCASION!
