July8: Recent update last week really broke the app in so many ways. First, I couldn't access my new rx, then that resolved. Then, my entire policy was put on hold for no payment when it was paid in full in January. Now, the medical directory search is broken and does not show all the available doctors in a search. Ex: If 87 are available, the results only show the first 6 or so. It won't load the additional doctors. I'm really disappointed because the app was very useful before the update.

Emergency doctors are not professionals. First they refuse to attend and then after 1-hour call, the doc cannot that finally attend me cannot copy a simple recipe for pills without making mistakes. As results, it brings confusion, and I will have to call back today to get clarity on what is correct and what was a mistake...

UX is really bad. You try to find "as soon as possible", and it still shows a list of results but when you click on any of them it says "no cita available". Finding an available doctor is always at least 40 minutes of hassle.
