Useful app, easy to make an appointment without necessity to make calls. Support works perfectly. You may call any time, and they will help you. I experienced it several times. Today I came to take a blood test, and there was an issue with authorization, so I called the support, the supporter talked to me, talked to the staff at reception, figured out the issue and found the way, how to register me in their system properly. Brilliant!

July8: Recent update last week really broke the app in so many ways. First, I couldn't access my new rx, then that resolved. Then, my entire policy was put on hold for no payment when it was paid in full in January. Now, the medical directory search is broken and does not show all the available doctors in a search. Ex: If 87 are available, the results only show the first 6 or so. It won't load the additional doctors. I'm really disappointed because the app was very useful before the update.

Emergency doctors are not professionals. First they refuse to attend and then after 1-hour call, the doc cannot that finally attend me cannot copy a simple recipe for pills without making mistakes. As results, it brings confusion, and I will have to call back today to get clarity on what is correct and what was a mistake...

THEIR DENTAL SERVICE IS DISASTER! THEY INCREASE PRICES IN EVERY OCCASION!
