I couldn't see the doctors and called the customer service, and it resulted that I had the wrong state. It has to have selected PR. Afterward I put my insurance card number and once the process starts the app will look up your insurance information and will then tell you how much to pay. The before insurance cost is only if you don't have insurance. I was able to get a doctor and get a prescription. I didn't have to go to the doctor's office especially on a Sunday.

Why do I keep bothering trying to use this app? Make appts but Doctor are never present then I have to make more appts in order to find a "Doctor". When I do find one, they are either driving or just waking up. What a joke of a service.

Painfully bad app. Crashes every five seconds. I downloaded it to get a quick doctor appointment, but for how long it's taking to make it through the menu, I might as well just go to the hospital. Fire whoever made this app. Something so basic should not be such a disaster.

Its usable but audio has a bunch of issues. Sometimes it passes audio through my headphones, others is the cellphone ear speaker, never the loudspeaker. No really intuitive and at the end of the day I can get a hold of a doctor and most of the time they call me on my phone number because audio on app doesn't work.

App keeps crashing when receiving a doctor's calls. Unable to complete the appointment due to this situation. Reinstalled the app to correct the issue, but it didn't work.
