The app has stopped working on my Samsung tablet, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but it still doesn't work. It works OK on my phone.

Why am I unable to use this app outside Europe? It does not make sense. As an international patient, I should be able to book appointments, access my personal medical data anytime and anywhere in the world. Is frustrating to always share my personal info with someone in Europe to book hospital visit.

Tried many times to add my daughter to the app. Uploaded all her documents, and it still says restricted access Keep contacting them and asking for help, and it still is not working. Cannot access any of her reports
