I cannot understand the poor reviews or their reasons. Changing the language took a few clicks and less than 10 seconds. Log in procedure was just as easy, and then I had access to my IMED medical records including the invoices. Verifying my mobile phone also just took seconds, so I am very impressed with the app. I was further impressed by the personal attention that I received at the Teulada facility. Top-notch operation as far as I am concerned.

I am patient of Dental clinic I find the service just fantastic, prices n after care excellent. Alica, is exceptional totally hears what I had to say. And assisted with my implant with the Dr. Alias English is perfect, but most of all heared my complaint and rectified the problem. She did a perfect job of cleaning my teeth. And, made a difference so much that I'm happy to get more work done later in the. Thankyou Alica. Kind regards Mary

I have been trying to book an appointment on the App and despite filling in all the relevant details they are still marked with a red asterisk with a message saying that I need to insert the details. I have repeated the process several times and still cannot make an appointment. I try telephoning I just get an A I robot telling me to use the app. Very annoying

Better than the last abomination of an app, but still woefully suboptimal I just got a response from a passive-aggressive pencil pusher. NOT TO MY LIKING???? The app was awful. I am saying that it is better, but not great. Not to my liking? Shove it.

Very poor app, I logged in on a new phone, and it would not pick up my medical record or allow me to book appointments at my regular center in Gandi. Also, it does not function, I went to appointment made by phone and would not work when I was in the waiting room. It said no appointments !!. The app shows an incorrect phone number even though the correct one is on the database, and it does not show Gandi No response from the developer since having problems, so seemingly they are not interested!
