Still some kinks to work out on their website, the app seems better designed

It's ok, but sometimes, it loses connection
★★★★☆Agustin Cueva· Aug 10, 2024
Slow app and wrong data consumption calculations
★★☆☆☆Linda Nunez· May 14, 2024
The application is not all that bad. Frankly expected more from a company with Movistar level status. But, the worse is the horrible customer service provided by their Ecuador service. If you have a problem, good luck! Because they CANNOT make up their mind on what the problem or solution to the problem is. they refuse to communicate with a supervisor or manager. According to the reps, they are not available or never call for those that dupe you to think they will. STAY AWAY if you can from MOVI
