Terrible company, worst experience, no, no one cares. I recharged account balance and data still doesn't work. In app assistant useless, called customer service 1 hour of on hold waiting than click disconnect. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone unless you wish them agony

Vodafone Spain has been the worst service experience of my life. The company feels like a complete scam. Always everything is broken. Canceling a subscription is nearly impossible — I’ve tried every available option with no success. Their chatbots are completely broken and lead nowhere, and it’s nearly impossible to reach a real support agent by phone. The support is unresponsive and useless. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

A very awkward app, not easy to navigate through due to Vodafone throwing offers at you all the time, also to contact them for example about their terrible router and signal, you have to go through AI, and it does not solve anything, and in the end it puts you in contact with an operator, terrible amount of time wasted, very slow app, always buffering, I would not recommend the App and Vodafone, a nightmare
