OK, Tobi is still a wall to get to the customer services and it is extremely hostile for foreigners, but support team provided an email address for inquiries. Appreciate that

Terrible company, worst experience, no, no one cares. I recharged account balance and data still doesn't work. In app assistant useless, called customer service 1 hour of on hold waiting than click disconnect. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone unless you wish them agony

A very awkward app, not easy to navigate through due to Vodafone throwing offers at you all the time, also to contact them for example about their terrible router and signal, you have to go through AI, and it does not solve anything, and in the end it puts you in contact with an operator, terrible amount of time wasted, very slow app, always buffering, I would not recommend the App and Vodafone, a nightmare
