Works as described; Support super helpful! I wanted this product for my Chromebook because the Evernote web app doesn't have the recording feature that is included in every other version of Evernote. During my trial of the free product, I noticed a problem with my email account. I contacted support, received a response within 18 hours and received excellent service. I've since discovered a problem with the app on my Nexus 9 tablet running Marshmallow 6.0.1 and have forwarded my notes regarding the problem to support. If you have a problem with the product, I strongly encourage you to contact support. It appears the company is in China and I've received better support from them than I have from some US based companies (I'm in the US Mid-Atlantic region).

Best Note taking/recording app I've found So far this app is on the right track with back ups and recording with time stamps. However I get problem with taking pictures while recording. After taking a picture, it types gibberish. Sometimes the back key won't work and I have to press the home key to exit the app as well.

When it works its great..doesn't always work When using the app it is great but it will freeze up with blank screen and only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall and haven't lost my information but if it does it again i will not use the app any more

No RTL languages compatibility I like but the text editor is not RTL languages compatible, I can't use it.

Can't even copy and paste text into the app... Every day this app becomes more and more of a joke to me. You can't copy and paste picture, okay, whatever, fine. But I can't copy and paste text from my OCR app. I'm frustrated. I paid $8 for this app that has so many glitches you should pay me to use it!
