The ICANN app is very easy to use and order more medication. Calling the helpline makes calling easy as if they don't answer within a few minutes, they put you through to an answering service, and they get back to you usually the same day.

2-factor authentication doesn't work. SMS does not get sent even though phone number is confirmed correct. Scripts don't appear in app even though doctor has issued them, and they are confirmed by email. First time I signed up and filled a script on this app, my credit card got hacked the next day and this was the only credit card transaction I had made in the previous fortnight.

The app sucks, can even order anything stuck in loop when I add gummies, restart put other medications in with repeats, won't allow additional items and then the other script dumps the entire repeats in the cart and can't reduce the amount continually trys to charge me $1000+

Glitches. Always has issues. You will have to call to check that your order was successful. Good company BAD app.

It is ok when it actually works, but it crashes constantly and the login process faults to a point where it is probably quicker and easier to call and wait on hold.
