It can be very quirky with many issues. Sometimes items will vanish from your cart.over and over. I have NEVER GOTTEN the 'Add Rewards' link to work. Orders get canceled with only a general list of possible reasons, none are valid. I am currently experiencing issues with a valid gift card: balance is verified but still get error. I see responses on here to contact Michaels for help. Did that. Was promised a resolution in 2 weeks.4 months ago. UPDATE: Emily personally worked with my issues!!!

*Update 09/03/23 new update doesn't allow for yarn weights in the filter. Too many choices of companies in the filter that do not sell yarn. And no multicolor choice in yarn selection. Do you ask purchasers what they wand when doing updates or just have computer geeks to clumsy changes?who are the updates there to help?! Clunky app runs very slowly! 7/4/20 update.wow! Huge improvement in the app. Ordering online was so easy this time!

UPDATE: BY FAR THE WORST APP NOW! Spent 30 minutes adding items to my cart, then I click on my cart and it's empty! Wth! And if you look at the weekly ad, click on the dept you want, let's say beads then jewelry collection. If u click on an item & add it to ur cart then click continue or the back arrow it takes U back to the home screen! You can't back out to where you were!!! FIRE THE IDIOT WHO MADE THIS APP!!!! I SPEND THOUSANDS AT MICHAELS PER YR BUT I HAVE STOPPED SINCE THIS APP UPDATE! SAD!

I don't like this update can't find the in-store scanner, to find out prices sometimes the ones in the store ate not working. You used to be able to scan the items yourself now you can't.

New Version update: I was enjoying the new version, but now the chatbot is permanently showing me a blank screen... I even reinstalled the app, and it is still the same. Part of the reason it is a useful app is for chat support!
