I try to update my app, but unfortunately I can't and because it saying the app isn't compatible with the device anymore, my phone is Android...I Really love Michaels it's my favorite crafting store without this app I wouldn't be able to get my discounts 😭

I went to the Michels store today, and attempted to pull up my coupons and rewards on the app. Up pops upgrade, which is now not compatible with my phone? What the ???? Terrible!!!

Store has changed and gone downhill for a long time. These are corporate changes, and the experience is awful. They still price with pennies. But they don't accept or give pennies at the register. Instead they round up, and keep customer pennies! In other words, they take pennies from customers, by charging more, and blaming it on the penny being out of circulation. But pennies still have value, and they take the profit.

App isn't compatible anymore, and I'm going to lose my reward voucher. I have to drive over an hour to the nearest location, so this is incredibly frustrating.
