I have been a customer at Michels St Clair for over 10 years enjoying my Skim Jumbo Mocha when I am at the center. I have complained once about the quality of the Mocha, and it was explained to me that a new barista was being trained. Subsequently, the same barista has produced my Mocha to the same standard that I have become accustomed too. All employees are personable to all clients and becoming very friendly with many of the returning clients. Highly recommended.

Well that didn't last long. Tried to join up, and it won't let me put in the passport I wanted. I'll put in my password not what you tell me. It's not bloody Fort Knox. Uninstalling

Was good. Now the code doesn't appear. Deleted and reinstalled. Still not working. As you can see no response from the company. Loyalty obviously does not matter.
