This has always been by far my favorite drug reference app. The only thing that it lacks is pictures of the pill formats, but I need that so rarely. For dosing and all other info, it is superior to everything else including Update. Like others, I had trouble with it starting a couple of months ago on my Android device only, but I can confirm it's now working again. Yay.

You know the content is updated real frequent. Good brand name IBM. Just they didn't expand to include drugs approved outside the USA. That would be my next move if I ran the show in this department. Come on. In Guadalajara, México we have European drugs and so on that aren't FDA approved but are approved by the EU. IBM needs to gather its superpowers and cover Mexico, Central America, South America, and the rest of the world. I wouldn't mind paying 10 times the price for that. $50usd.

I just had to renew my subscription. I paid, and then it told me to log in, I log in, and it says I have to renew my subscription, I click continue and Google play pops up and says I already own this item, and then IBM says Error and exits the app... If I click on get help nothing ever loads. So I have no way of contacting these people. The app is awesome, and I know it's probably just a bug, I used to have them rated 5 stars, but they legit took my money and I have no way of contacting them for a refund, so I hope they see this review. I will change my rating when they fix the app

Just shut down the IBM Micrometer app I pay for and no notice, no refund. Nice. This WAS the best pharm app out there, and it was suddenly shut down without advance notice. The app is supposed to have been ported to this new Micrometer app, but you have to get a password from a corporate subscription to use it or port to a different type of app by EBSCO that is nothing like Micrometer. Total BS. Corporate shenanigans.
