Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with the online banking Android app after the latest update. I’m unable to top up my prepaid card with international amounts through the app, and my prepaid card beneficiary name is not being displayed. Hopefully fix it soon.

Very bad service, most of the online transactions fail, fund transfers to Nagad number fail, maximum time online payment is deducted from the account, but the payment is not completed, it would be better to refrain from buying MB or minutes from any apps through the card, very bad experience when needed, transacting through this bank, having to wait for three to seven days for the service, also not getting the expected results😡🤬😡🤬😡

Worst bank system, it's useless more for foreigners, it doesn't give you freedom to spend money as you need, gives you very limited amount, which is laughable amount. Don't use it outside bd, It's totally not worth the time.
