The conversations I've had were short, quickly identify any problem, and resolved before I finished the conversation! Best banking app ever! I love the complete control I have over my auto payments! Midland has the best fraud detection system I've ever seen. I received notice over my phone over the illegal withdrawal and the problem was resolved and money replaced before I got off work. The absolute worst bank I've ever dealt with. Can't even talk to a person when you call you just get a useless clanker. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to bank.

So far nothing but hassles! Update a couple of years later, and it is still the worst app I have ever used! Update again. Slightly improved, but still has issues often. 3rd update 9-25... still terrible!

I honestly don't like the app you'd think your own bank app would show you your actual balance correctly, I literally had it show me the correct balance yesterday and then like 2 hours later it showed that I had more than I did? Literally rocket money always somehow shows the correct balance available, and it's insane that my own banks' app won't. This is how you get over drafted and then the overdraft fee 😐.
