Disappointing services, I still can't do payouts. I am evaluating some payment gateways as backup or alternative. Midtrans is having too high risk in business, that is losing money, cannot rely on it event as occasional backup service. I am gonna stick with Roku then, will only reevaluate this in few years. Maybe some Asian payment gateways will suffice.

Tidal merasa DATAR, tiba2 muncul email : terima Kasia sudah megastar bla bla bla. Silahkan log in bla bla bla. That's scary especially my email account is for business purpose. When I ask the CS by email, they replied I have to screenshoot and bla bla bla. Such a wasting my time. Oh please, 2022 selling apps like a trap. Trying so hard selling too much.

Very lack of support system. Can't help the merchant trouble at all. The business itself not represent a big company at all even though it's part of goto company. A small company can even do a better job to help the client troubleshoot. Very pity.

Ridiculous. I had followed instructions, but I must complete the same form again, again, and again. Customer Service didn't helpful but annoying because always remind to complete same ridiculous instruction without gave a solution. When I told them that I had filled the same forms 3 times, they asked me to contact their sales team for problem technical or my ID will be deactivated. Are you kidding me?
