So far happy with the features and service but please implement these features. Request to implement these features instead of AI Features, they aren't that useful. 1. Allow number to be blocked from web panel 2. Api access to connect to 3rd party software like interact. 3. When other user is on a call display it somewhere in the app that this teammate is talking to this customer at this moment in real time. Or show a notification that this person has picked the call

Now giving 1star from 5-star review. Update: support is not active after 7pm. My WhatsApp business stopped working and superfine number also not working. Lost my leads and potential revenue. My customer is active till 9pm. I am definitely switching to other platforms. Customer support is worse. There is not even a support number where I can escalate after 7pm

I bought an app called "Super Phone" for call recording. My experience with it has been very poor. Every day, when I call 10 to 15 people, a spam notification goes to the customers, and because of this, no one is answering the calls. This app will cause significant losses to anyone who purchases it. Please do not buy this app. After I bought the Super Phone app, the support team never responded properly. Fraud app, Fake promises and no after sales support this app business manager told us cold calling is possible for Real estate Marketing and get paid annual rental subscription and then after usage of 30 days number got blocked and unable to reach their support, they won't reply in any manner either mail or call, you'll get scammed. Fraud company with fraud product. They follow you till they get money from your pocket. BEWARE OF FRAUDSTERS
