The app works fine for me, never had a problem buying any tickets and the buy history makes it easy to buy a new ticket. It could be fine-tuned but so far working as intended.

The new update looks great, but since the last month I have an issue to redirect back to the app after the payment with mobile Pay, the card payment didn't even work. And when I am trying to open a special ticket, like a ticket to the airport, and it's not valid yet that app is crashing

The app worked just fine before, but now it has taken my money twice, and I have not received my tickets. This definitely isn't the problem with my card because before it wasn't a problem to buy tickets with it.

Currently, visiting Aarhus and I have unlimited roaming data etc. For some reason, unless I'm on Wi-Fi, the app won't load the app/ticket without the use of a VPN. Using a Galaxy S24+.

The app doesn't work with Mobil Pay, no option for generating a receipt, and also the screenshot is disabled. So, there's no way to get it work properly or purposefully
