Great App! It's an amazing app to use in day today life. So convenient to use, most of the time it gives correct data regarding bus timings, once in a while the bus gets delayed, and it still not update it. Other than that, it best app so far I have seen.

I can't pay with swish since the latest update (the one that introduced the new zones). The app says I should install Swish, which I have already. Reinstalling vastraffik did not solve the issue

Was great until the payment portal stopped accepting US credit cards (July 2026). Now it is unusable as a visitor from the US.

It got worse. Now the app goes offline all the time. I buy a ticket and after a while the app goes offline displaying a message that the service at the moment is not available... Well if a controller comes I cannot even show my ticket, it's going to be fun. But the worse is that I cannot check what bus I need to take and when. Not even their website is working. Such a shame considered how expensive a ticket is. Now I understand all the people that are not paying.

Truly terrible app. The app froze, and I had to buy a second ticket. When I was trying to get the extra ticket refunded that is only possible with a paper form, not online. Terrible UI.
