Mostly working really well and doing what I want. I have been using the JRiver media player since 2006 and have happily updated several times over the years. I was hoping this app would help me extricate myself from Spotify, but I can only use it when I'm at home and Media Center is running. That said it lets me listen to my music from anywhere in my house rather than only from my PC. The set-up was simple and the sound quality better than streaming from Spotify.

The most reliable way to listen your JRiver library via an Android device, or for acting as a remote control for JRiver media server whilst it plays to another device. As a portable networked access point It's difficult to beat - particularly, if you take the time to customize the available views for your music (via JRiver Media Server). Keep up the great work!

No significant change over version 2, not worth the investment, unfortunate that it's the only one available. If you lose version 2., you have to buy version 3 as version 2 is no longer available. Same thing they did with the original version, which by the way, still had more function than either version 2 or 3. They never really fix anything with this remote app. It brings JRiver value down overall, as one of the major reasons many of us use it is because of the remote capability.

Playlist management is buggy and not working. None of playlist function works in Jremote3. Only clear playlist works. Very disappointing update after purchasing previous two releases.

Another $$$ grab from JRiver. The company hasn't fixed ALL the issues with JRemote2. All the same issues from JRemote2 are still present in this new version, plus new issues. This app barely works, constantly freezes & crashes. They direct you to go to their forums to leave a message or complaint, but if they don't like your post, they delete and pretend it never happened. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!
