App itself works fine. Customer support for emergency cancellations is very poor. You pay extra for 24h cancellation (vs buying direct from tour operator). If you cancel even a minute after the 24h window due to a medical emergency, you forfeit your $.

App is useless, use the website. Company does not allow for booking multiple items/events on your trip. Each has to be separate bookings, so their discount promo. Codes are useless. Web chat is poor, most staff members not particularly helpful. Cuts off the call if you leave chat page to get event ref(s) you are querying about (be prepared for staff insisting you provide and research all codes rather than actually helping to book different events). After over 2 hrs, 1 staff finally helped answer query.

They keep canceling our tour, and now it's too late to use a legitimate company! Viator doesn't actually book a tour, its AI sends out a request to people (who may or may not exist) to give you a tour. It's like Uber if Uber knew it didn't have any drivers, but they told you to wait for them. Viator is the destroyer of vacations.
