★★★★★ For me, GetYourGuide is perfect, when I want to travel here I can find the best tours in any country.

★★★★★ I have used this app a couple of times to select tours whilst on holiday. Easy to.use.great facility having the vouchers built in and can share with others if needed. So for me, it works well, but it's as good as the reviews people leave, so I try and leave a review for each trip/tour we take.

★★★★★ Excellent tour. Our guide, Trang, was absolutely brilliant. Exceptional inclusive lunch buffet as well.

★★☆☆☆ Beware of this company. After buying the tickets, I was not able to download the app. The tour operator couldn't give us a ticket without a barcode, which can only be accessed through the app! You shouldn't have to download their junk software just to use your ticket. Be smart and buy your tickets directly instead of using this third party service provider!

★★☆☆☆ WATCH OUT FOR SCAMMERS lots of tour guides are scammers who use this app. There are also a lot of great ones but be careful is my word of warning! We have been scammed in Kraków.

★★☆☆☆ I have booked a day trip using this app. And the organizer has failed the delivery the Pickup service and professional photoshoot during the trip for bothering of these I have paid an extra for 60 euros. I have informed them immediately. They have asked me to reach out to them after the trip which I did. They have agreed to provide the entire 60 euros refund. But. I have received an email with 40 euro refund. Upon reaching again. They just simply quote that their policies allow a maximum of 15 %
