I have been using for over 6 years. More often than not the tours are cheaper than any other app. I've used GYG in multiple countries. I always compare prices here before purchasing any tour. I've contacted disservice and the providers via the app. Both are very responsive. I love how you can reserve a tour and pay later and the cancel period is helpful if you are a planner like me. I just wish they gave reward points. I spend a lot of money on this app.

This is the worst service provider app. They have no clear regulations to protect customers who use the app. When one of their travel agents commits fraud, they can't do anything. There's no customer protection here! Many victims have been scammed by one of their travel agents. And the travel agent hasn't been blocked or removed from their list. This app should hold all customer funds before the tour actually takes place. That way, if a travel agent commits fraud, they can refund the defrauded

Truly appalling behavior by this company. Due to an error by GetYourGuide and a contractor they use, a very good tour guide in Sri Lanka has lost his job and not been paid. GetYourGuide said that they would investigate - this was over 4 weeks ago, and nothing has been fixed. They have shown predatory behavior in developing countries and moral apathy to people in need. Do not use them if you want to contribute to local communities in an ethical way.

Booked once, never again. My tour was re-scheduled three hours AFTER the cancelation deadline to 0530AM! Instead of 8AM. That ought to be illegal. Within 20 minutes I contacted customer services to cancel and refund. In vain ("although we completely understand your frustrations and disappointment". Nonsense, probably automated). If you did understand, you would not tolerate these practices, and you would refund or reschedule appropriately. Fraudulent!
