Can't pull up my currently booked trip, can't update my profile!! This app used to be great. But not anymore!!

Sadly we were not able to go on tour due to my daughter getting in a pretty bad car accident. What I did experience though, was the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They were rude, dismissive, untrustworthy, and lied about the chain of command. I did not buy the travel ins because I did not like what the ins offered or what the reviews said. Either way, EF tours kept 50% of my money with no exception or willingness to provide other options for us. They kept $5171 and couldn't care less

The app is ok, but the communication with EFT ours is horrible. I have been trying to contact customer service for 3 days. Our travel home, scheduled by EF tours, was horrendous.

This app used to be helpful, but most of the functionality is gone now, after numerous updates. No real reason to have it anymore. I can't browse trips, buy trips, make payments, or create a wish list. When are you going to fix it?
