I highly recommend EF Go Ahead Tours. Had the trip of a lifetime. The travel guide (Robert) was wonderful and everything was explained in advance each day to know when and where to be. All the itinerary was well-thought-out and the farewell dinner was wonderful. I would absolutely use this co.pany again to take a solo tour. Because of the 'solo' part it was nice to make friends that will last forever.

Was looking at Kenya Trips and when I was exploring and pulled up see dates and prices. What came up was information on Portugal not Kenya. App is not syncing up correct trips. It was fine when I looked through the internet but app is wrong. App worked fine before recent update.

This app is NOT user-friendly at all! It just keeps going in circles and never taking you to what you want. It needs a complete overhaul! If your tour company is as dysfunctional as this app I would be leary to book a tour with you.

The itinerary for Tokyo was mostly shopping in crowded narrow streets. I was told by the Director when I raised the question of WHY, was that people come to Japan for the shopping. Surely not true? There was some of us that wanted more of a cultural experience. We asked the Director about museums and other places of interest. It was hard for her to give us advice. We made our own inquiries and visited a museum that was great. A museum she pointed out whilst walking was closed. I was disappointed

Horrible, can't book anything even when clicking available to book online. Just goes to a blank screen. I guess they don't want me to take any more trips.
