It's a good app, but there's a catch, sometimes the section doesn't work well, especially when it comes to self study where you asked to answer by talking, I answer the correct option, but the apps don't accept it, I need to restart the apps many times until the apps accept my answer, although I say the same thing just with a different speed in saying the sentence/words

They haven't updated the lessons, the group classes are a bit useless, when 8 student participate 40 minutes you don't have time to speak. However, private classes are great and the teacher so helpful. In general Ef provides a better strategies than the used in others.

I've subscribed for three months as a trial, assuming that once the trial finished they will inform me and ask me if I want to continue, but I was surprised when they deduct 99 USD from me without any prior notice. When I complained and ask for a refund, they told me that I've approved the terms and conditions (Who in earth read terms and conditions) So be careful because your payment card will be used without your permission.

I subscribed, tried it out, and decided to cancel within a few days. I requested a refund based on their customer satisfaction policy, which promises a full refund if users aren't satisfied. Customer support replied with, "We don't provide refunds and good luck!" They didn't even ask why I was unhappy with the platform!

Changing the rules during the execution of the contract from 1 side. E.g. Increasing the number of students in the classroom without asking students approval or reimbursement to students.
