Do not understand why I have to answer so many questions and at the end I need to "use fingerprint" to continue. Now I don't know how to delete account. That's the worst user experience.

⭐️ 1 star unfortunately this isn't worth the price at all and really disappointed me. All the lessons and voices are AI which feels quite cheap and, from my experiences, never gave you a specific review on how you're writing was or how you sounded. Just the same vague formula over and over again. The lessons are nothing special you can find what EF Hello does on any other language app, maybe even in old school textbooks.

AI.... it asked me how to say goodbye to a neighbor, I chose the option "hasta mañana", it was wrong and I asked to show my mistake, it told me the correct answer was "buenos noches" but that was never in options in the first place... then another one it asked how to introduce yourself with 4 different name options... how am I supposed to know which one is the correct name?
