Update: After a few emails, they fixed it! I had to log out and in again after the most recent update. I love the chat options! I can add my info to my profile, but it won't load my actual trip. It keeps saying "loading your experience" under the tours tab. I let it load for 5 mins and nothing. Notifications say I have none. I tried deleting and downloading it again. Cleared cashed data. This app isn't functional. I have 2 weeks left before my trip. If they fix it, then I'll update my review.

Pretty good, but needs work. The app sends you notifications that say "we've updated the app", but what the notifications really mean is someone posted in the group chat for your trip. They really should say something about chat posts and not updates. Also, I've experienced the app freezing and crashing when writing a long chat message. IDK if it's because I'm close to hitting a character limit, but if there is one, it should be shown and updated, instead of freezing and crashing the app

The app will not load at all. It is stuck on "loading your experience". I've tried deleting and redownloading the app multiple times. Still will not work at all for me.

Not sure what's going on, but all my profile info is gone. It only shows the countdown for my trip. I don't see any point in having this app if it's just going to keep deleting my info.

Android version doesn't work. It won't show me chats, itinerary, flights, nothing. It shows I have an upcoming trip, and that's it. I'm not getting chats or anything in it and neither is my partner who also has Android.

The app was working perfectly fine then one day it wouldn't load anything. Apparently all android users are experiencing this. Only the countdown is visible but I can't access the group chat, my flights, accommodation etc.
