Migrate automatically changes your phones ringer and network setting when you get to a location. With Migrate, you can also use notes as reminders, that'll alert you when arriving at a location. Just set and forget it. Migrate determines your location using cell towers and WiFi(optional). Migrate doesn't use GPS at all, so there's no worry about battery drain.
