Dr Charon was great! I had a rash for 8 months and tried everything! I decided to test this app for the first time, she recommended 2 products which had taken away the rash almost completely within 3 days. My in person dermatologist was going to charge me $125 out of pocket even after insurance. I paid much less using this app. Great service, and she replied same day! I will definitely be using it again if needed in the future.

This app is not a good way to get care from a dermatologist. I would not recommend it to any of my friends. I paid $59 for a consult and the response/RX from the dermatologist was unrelated to what I asked about. Wheh I contacted MiiSkin support for a refund, they refused and said it was the dermatologist's issue. Horrible customer service and waste of money.

Downloaded, managed to dodge the default path to premium. Took a photo but that seems to be all it does basically. Was expecting an AI image NN, but just seems to track moles. Maybe it can detect changes? But nothing now, which totally defeats the purpose of an app as far as I'm concerned. If I want to track moles I'll just take photos. Totally pointless. Uninstall.

Searched free skin check apps, the above appeard. Read the very fine print when downloading this free app as it is not free as I found out when it appeared on my bill. Applied for a refund, predictably it was denied. Very disappointed, my advice is safe your money, just get a skin check at your local Dr every 6 months in Aus.

It was a waste of time. Unless you spend the 29.99 a month for premium membership. It said one time free, and the app camera would not even take a pic or import. It didn't give an option to delete or reactive or remove email address.
