I love the way that this app captures business mileage information. I have found that it is not always dependable unless I check to make sure that it is working. I have had to delete it and then reload to ensure that it is working properly. The problem may be in my phone. It is still the best app that I have found to capture the info in the way that I desire.

This app is great when it works. Except that it will work one day, and not the next even when nothing is changed. It still cheerfully tells you that it is automatically detecting trips on its banner that you cannot remove. I work from my car, so I hotspot my data which means every time you look at the app it pops up telling me to activate Wi-Fi for a better location. Why would I be using Wi-Fi in a moving car??? Ask for support for help, and they just refer you to the faq and then ignore you.

My trips are not showing in trip logs. It tells me that mile catcher is IN TRIP, but no trip logged and im losing money on fuel that I get from my employer. I emailed thr support team no positive response or help
