Operating Requirements GPS is used to operate MilesforTax. Your installed device must have a functional GPS and while operating in a vehicle the GPS must be able to receive data. Some vehicles have equipment that may prevent the GPS signal from reaching inside the vehicle. Please use the trial period to evaluate if MilesforTax will work for you.
Network Requirements: MilesforTax does not require data network to record mileage and can be used away from a data network. Some features such as address lookup and mapping require network or internet to acquire content and can use used to manage drives after drives are captured,

Worked great until it deleted all of my data and started over. It has done it to me twice. At first I thought it was because I hit manual entry, today I went into email the reports for last month to me and only today was available. Yesterday every trip for the last two weeks was there. There is no support available anywhere in the app. The only thing that works is them charging my credit card I got a reply from support and was able to recover my data. From my perspective this has the potential to be the best app out there. It is automatic and operates seamlessly in the background. I will upgrade my review to 5 stars when they add a better support system and an option to automatically save my data in the cloud. At present I am happy to maintain my subscription Found out they do automatically back up to the cloud and a web site is coming soon. Upgraded to 5 stars

I enter my 10 digit text number in sign up and it informed me it was an invalid email. Really? Not using my email - it gets enough "important information." I will update when I get into the app on my terms.
