Millgate AT

MillGate is a smart access and workforce management application specially designed for the textile industry, including textile mills, garment factories, spinning units, weaving units, dyeing and processing plants. Textile operations involve large manpower, multiple shifts, contractors, vendors, and frequent visitors, making gate control and workforce tracking critical. MillGate replaces manual registers and paper-based entry systems with a secure digital platform that helps management monitor worker, staff, contractor, and visitor movement in real time. The application supports shift-based entry and exit tracking, role-based access control, and instant approvals to ensure smooth gate operations without delays or unauthorized access. It enables factory management, security teams, and supervisors to coordinate efficiently through real-time notifications, alerts, and announcements. MillGate improves safety, compliance, and transparency by maintaining accurate digital records useful for audits and operational reviews. With secure authentication and multiple user roles such as Admin, Management, Security, Supervisor, and Worker, the app ensures controlled access and data protection. Designed for high-volume industrial environments, MillGate helps textile industries reduce manual workload, improve workforce discipline, enhance factory security, and manage daily operations efficiently from a single, easy-to-use mobile application.
