Not the worst but if you switch tabs to listen with it in the background it works for like. 10 seconds, and then it stops working and eventually just restarts the app

Not entirely sure how it works. Do I just press play and listen? Or do I have to consciously repeat the affirmations written in the course in my mind while listening? Very little explanation is given.

Nice subliminal but app doesn't run in background. Sometimes it does run in background but usually as soon as you open another app or screensaver comes on then the app stops and resets. Shame because lots of potential benefits from these subliminal but no good if it doesn't work properly in the background. I would love to give this more review, but I've tried force stop and re-starting, re-installing, its already prioritized etc. But still keeps - not always but usually - stopping
