Great remindwr I work in a field that sometimes I need to remember myself and this is a great reminder....it always pips up at the right time....I can hear my mindfulness bell go off and if I have my phone nearby, I just turn my mindfulness app on but if not I just remember to take a minute a breathe....great addition to my day for sure.

Mindful Minutes Love this app! Great daily quotes and you can set different times for the meditation.
★★☆☆☆
A lovely app. My only complaint is with the settings. They don't appear to work. I've tried increasing my session from 2 minutes and I've tried setting daily reminders for specific hours, but there has been no change.

Nothing happens... When I press 'start mindfulness' nothing happens, no sound? I'm very confused 😕

I like the quotes and affirmations. Automated guidance and music would be nice improvements.
