My absolute favorite app! Seriously.... I love this app! Reuben has put so much into it and for such a low price. Not only are the guided meditations helpful and well-done, but the content in the knowledge section is worth having alone! It's like having a small book on mindfulness. There are opportunities to go deeper with recommended websites, options to connect on social media, and it looks like more content will be added. Reuben, thank you! ! This simple amazing app is such a blessing and is making a big difference in my life.

Best mindfulness app I suffer from panic attacks and severe anxiety as well as insomnia. I use this app every night to help me fall asleep. During the day I use the guided meditation to calm my racing thoughts. It's a critical part of my therapy, learning how to think myself out of anxiety. Thank you, Reuben, for this app and with your help to get this app transferred to my new phone.

Disappointed When you play the tracks, they keep on repeating themselves and over tracking and over again and are unplayable.

Can't open. I love the Lite version, sure this one is great. However, I've been installing, uninstalling, reinstalling for a few weeks and get an error message every time I attempt to open it. Error says installation was interrupted.
