Nice app! Found a bug though. When I add a third color to the paint mixer, I can no longer add the result to the current palette. The 'add' button disappears. Edit: thanks for the quick reply. Is there a way we can suggest paint additions? If here: Vallejo model color desert tan (70.765) is missing.

Very good app, minor flaws. Pros: You get exactly as promised, in an easy-to-use interface. The menus are pretty clear and load quickly. Large selection of paints! No, not every paint, but it's the only tool that is up-to-date on new releases and allows comparison of GW's Contrast line to more obscure paint lines. The amount of control for which paints you want to look at is unparalleled. You can choose each paint you own and the app will filter to that list with use. Cons: Can be slightly hard to touch the exact space on the image you want. Using bigger pictures may help, or a better zoom in. App has trouble differentiating between metallic, washes and base colors. This is expected since it's hex-based, but I usually just exclude them rather than have them pop up weirdly. Not enough screenshots of the pro features. They're pretty clear, but without know how they really feel I'm hesitant to buy the advanced just yet. Strongly recommended, 4/5

Tried to use this app to find colors that closely match out of print paints from citadel paints and replacement colors. Took a picture of an apple baral brand elephant gray, and it was bringing up greens, silvers, blues. Not even the color that it actually is come up.

Poor color matching, suggesting things like lime green paint for a light teal. I have to mix two or more other colors in to actually get a match. You are probably better off eyeballing it and learning to mix yourself.

Horribly inaccurate... I use Vallejo model color and Gw. To test this program I painted a square of brown rose (identified as a lot of various gold colors) a square of abandon black (identified as silvers) and a square of red leather (identified as coppers) There are factors that aren't taken into account. Undercoat used, Lighting and filters all will change the result every time.
