The best color/painting app out there. Paint Rack allows you to scan colors from pictures; to use your camera to grab colors; the color tools that show you all matching, complementary, analogous and triad colors; the ability to barcode scan and add paints to your library; your library itself, and the ability to use by all the above tools while sorting by paint manufacture, type of paint (contrast, base, etc.), or by paints in your library; all these things together make this app a must-have.

Uninstalled immediately. Want to use this feature? Pay. Want to use that feature? Pay. I don't care if it "only cost about as much as a bottle of paint."

Use to be able to use the search engine, and it would show either swatch view or list view (it only does list view now). Also search engine when typing for instance 'contrast' will only show contrast medium and not all the contrast paints. Its tge same if you type in xpress or speed paint etc

Good: Handy way of creating inventory of your paints, saves lots of time vs doing it in Excel. Bad: The advanced functions hidden behind the paywall are not very useful, and doesn't properly show equivalent paints from other brands. It will recommend a vaguely similar color at best, sometimes even pigments or washes supposedly. Terrible: Hiding any functionality behind the paywall, so you don't know how it works (or doesn't) Overall, good for making a spreadsheet of your paints, but that's it.
