Great experience. Call always centre helpful, with good communication. Car details given to me for security and easy to identify cab as it arrives. Drivers are helpful and polite. Used this company for many years. You can request an SMS to pay by card (no tip option), or give cash to the driver.

"Failed registration - something went wrong with your registration. Please try again." Cannot use the app unless registered - a simple name, email, pw. And you're not able to develop an app without registration blowing up in the users face. Pathetic.

Warning: Taxi might not turn up. I was extremely disappointed with the service yesterday. My taxi booking didn’t arrive until I called to chase it — if I hadn’t, it might never have shown up. This is the one thing a taxi service absolutely must do, and it failed completely. Future users, be aware: expect to follow up if you want your ride on time. I won't be using this service again. I would not recommend this app if book a taxi with them. They are likely to cancelled booking and leave stranded. Let people know that you don't pick up in other areas of the country, and you only can if you live in London. So that people who book with don't get stranded.

Not happy with the service. No cars available and on top of that the last cab I got was charged more than what was said in the first place.

Minicabs driver drove me blocks away, asked me to remove my booking and use Uber to book him instead! When this didn't work, he dropped me off. Won't be using this company again.
