Can't log in! I try to log in on this app, and it immediately tells me that my account is locked. I go to your website and I can log in fine with the same password. Please fix this!!

March 4 update broke the app. Just a grayish screen now. I really liked the contact free payment option.

Love the services but HATE the app. Confirmations don't work; I have to call and confirm that my appointment is even booked. The UI is counterintuitive and confusing, and seems focused on how to use the information for marketing, and not for the ease of use for the client. It honestly makes me LESS likely to use the services here because it is such a hassle to book them - a pedicure shouldn't create stress.

Not easy to use. Could not make an appointment in my area. Gave the app permissions, but it still would not give the option to book in my area.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
