Description

Växeltjänsten MiniVoice erbjuder svarsgruppstjänster för röst och SMS speciellt anpassad till beredskapsgrupper, TiB, krisorganisationer och andra stödfunktioner. Driftsäker, användarvänlig, geografiskt gränslös och med stöd för valfritt mobilabonnemang.
- Logga på/av dig själv och kollegor i grupper och se köstatus
- Se vem/vilka som är på- respektive av-loggade i grupper
- SMS till och från svarsgruppen. Alla i gruppen kan läsa och skriva SMS
- Ring utvalda samtal med MiniVoice-appen för att visas gruppens nummer för mottagaren i stället för eget mobilnummer
- Samtalslogg för gruppernas nummer
- Välj svenska eller engelska i appens inställningar
MiniVoice-tjänstens administratör i er organisation lägger till användare innan appen kan användas. Inloggning sker med tilldelat användarnamn.

Recent changes:
MiniVoice har nu stöd för att en grupp aldrig lämnas obemannad. Försöker någon logga ut när gränsen är nådd nekas utloggningen och användaren får direkt besked i appen. Skicka SMS till upp till 10 mottagare i ett enda steg — eller sänd ett KrisChatt-meddelande till obegränsat antal grupper samtidigt (tillval). Hitta rätt funktion direkt — inte bara rätt person. Sök på tagg som “Krisledningen” så visas alla med taggen. Välj sorteringsordning i kontaktboken.
Innehåller även prestandaförbättringar.
