I love Minn Co! My banking experience has never been easier or more pleasant! The people who work here are ALWAYS so friendly and wonderful to work with. I have never had a complaint about my credit union and now that they have mobile banking I can easily use my account from anywhere in the country, which is great when you travel a lot like I do. Also, they use shared branch co-op banking, which makes finding an out-of-state location as easy as pie! I love Minn Co and am a happy customer.

The only thing that would be a helpful change is pop-ups cover keys on keyboard and can't complete what I am doing. I usually have to go out of app and back in again to clear it up or restart my phone or tablet to get rid of it before I can complete transactions.

This app is not user-friendly in regards to check deposits. It takes multiple attempts to deposit a check. It NEVER captures the check correctly the first time. (I have a Samsung Galaxy S24+.) Today, it wouldn't accept a check because "it may have already been deposited"? Umm. No. It hasn't. Imagine my surprise when I deposited a check via US Bank's app, and it went so smoothly. This app is trash. It shouldn't be such a struggle to deposit a check. So frustrating.

Will not allow A2A transfer (to pay extra towards loan). Why has that option on the site or app if you can't use it?? Tried many times as well as getting help from an associate online and on the phone. Still unable to set that up. Told I have to physically come in or call every time to do so. Ridiculous! Extremely unhappy about this.

My debit card information was stolen on a Friday at 330pm. I immediately called Minn co local and couldn't get ahold of anyone anywhere. 3 days that went on finally someone got ahold of me and told me they would be cancell my card. I was upset that they still had not cancelled this card but chose to waste time by contacting me with no real update or progress. Unprofessional guys, do better please.
