This website is useless. I log in and go to bookings which tells me that I have no bookings (which I actually have). The former NH app was somewhat better. Having been persuaded to switch to this new app, has been completely frustrating. Even when my login is recognized, I cannot see or modify my bookings.

The search function of the app is complete garbage. You can't view multiple hotels of a city at one time in any format. No map, no list, nada. So you have to retype the name of the city after backing out of hotel listing, and restart the process over and over again. The only benefit of this app is the ability to view your membership status.
