They have janky hotels on their app that are horrible n than don't give u inconvenience credit moreless ur. Own money back hotels are motels n disgusting but made out to be luxurious or cumin even half way doable its sad they don't vet ur stays n even wit pics of the hotels/motels they still say its non-refundable to justify u staying in a dump like dump !

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DON'T USE BE SMART!! You will waste money trying to deal with this company. They use shady motel/hotels. Don't buy the insurance if you do use them. They do not honor it. They will make any excuse possible to keep you from using it. I sent proof my train was delayed because my reservation was cancelled. They said it was a decision I made to not show up. AMTRAK gave us vouchers because we were running so far behind for 2 days straight. They still wouldn't honor the insurance.
