Very nice app. But, certain uncleaned hotels with issues who refused to address feedbacks from guests without being spiteful. Shouldnot be listed on the app. But, I believe it behind your booking app controlled.

Loved this place. Rooms have a balcony. Bed very comfortable. Very impressive courtyard with outside restaurant. The free breakfast was incredible, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits n gravy, hash browns. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

My travel plans changed due to airline issues, and it was impossible to get through to customer service to see if I could change my booking. The automated text service on the app just kept sending me back to my original booking and when I tried to connect with a customer service person, the app kept redirecting me to an AI assistant.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DON'T USE BE SMART!! You will waste money trying to deal with this company. They use shady motel/hotels. Don't buy the insurance if you do use them. They do not honor it. They will make any excuse possible to keep you from using it. I sent proof my train was delayed because my reservation was cancelled. They said it was a decision I made to not show up. AMTRAK gave us vouchers because we were running so far behind for 2 days straight. They still wouldn't honor the insurance.

I did book a room through your website. After getting a mail from the hotel, I decided to cancel my reservation which is accepted. However, a repeated email to your website was not delivered.
