Usually easy to book & 5* normal. Today on my booking sold dates were not showing the usual blocked out unavailable dates so wanted dates accepted until final booking sent. Then not accepted, when blocked out now dates appear. Very annoying and time wasted over 4 attempted bookings! Regular Customer in UK and US.

They make things so easy!!! Only used them twice now but I can't say a single bad thing! Start to finish both time when so simple. I found a spot, they found us a condo in that spot (Daytona). Drove right there, opened the door with a code that was set when we pulled in, texted them when we left. DONE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THEM!

Our mini vacation was awesome! The house was gorgeous and Huge! We even had a welcome basket waiting for us. The rooms were beautiful. Almost every room had a bathroom. If you forget something, don't worry, they already have it. They had extra beach towels, beach chairs, and even beach shoes. They had lots of pool toys and games for the small children. The pool area was nice. The walk to the beach was only 4 minutes. The owners put so much thought and effort into making this vacation home amazing!

I booked a trip to Panama. The country and I booked it at Red Frog Resort. When I got there, the villa that we rented from the host had the villa ready, but it was infested with bats. We had to find a different villa on the same resort, which was wonderful. But then we had to pay for that other villa, and we didn't get a refund on the bat infested villa that we could not stay in. This was the last straw for using VRB. Not a pleased customer.

They do not provide a search option for handicap accessible properties or accommodations, and they have no help feature available unless you've already booked with them. They blatantly discriminate against handicap people. no, thanks.

Our 'hosts' canceled our trip to a very popular festival with such short notice that no other properties were available because they sold the house, leaving us completely out of luck. We had the place booked a year in advance....guess we aren't going now. Zero penalty to the 'hosts', I'll book an Airbnb or hotel next year, as I never had a problem with either and have had both of my VRB rentals cancel on me last minute. All done here.

Good luck getting a hold of someone if there is any kind of issue. There is no phone, no email, you have to use the AI chatbot and in my case it couldn't find my reservation, so it repeatedly just ended the chat. Have used VRB in the past but never will again. VRB cancelled my reservation but failed to give me a full refund. I cannot use the chatbot because it says it cannot "find my reservation". Had to dispute the charge through my credit card.
