The entire web development team should be fired. It's that bad. I spent almost the entire trip home (about 2 hours) searching for a way to leave a review for the property we had stayed in. I did finally stumble on it. The whole time, this stupid app kept offering me directions TO the property, instructions on how to get in, and offers for stays in the area. They had me take 4 surveys. Same survey. Then there's the constant repetition of, "You have new messages in your inbox!" Nope.

Did you know that if you have a bad experience at a listing here you are at the total mercy of the host and VRB does absolutely nothing to advocate for you? I had the worst possible experience you can imagine I had to leave the rental house right after I arrived because of the condition and all VRB could do is apologize. I got no refund nothing. They offer no consumer protection. I am never booking a vacation through this company ever again.
